All house map plans and architectural drawings sold on our website are digital products. Once a plan is purchased and accessed or downloaded, it is considered delivered.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not applicable once the house map plans have been delivered or downloaded.
However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Duplicate payment made for the same plan
Technical issues preventing access to the purchased plan
Incorrect plan delivered due to an error on our side
To request a refund (if eligible), customers must contact us within 48 hours of purchase and provide:
Order details
Proof of purchase
Description of the issue
Refund requests can be submitted through our contact page or official email.
Custom-designed or modified house plans are non-refundable once the design process has started or files have been shared.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
APEX ARCH LLC reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
